Cancellation Policy


Cancellations

The online booking service will allow you 24 hours to cancel your appointments as necessary. For any cancellation less than 24 hours,  the client will be charged for the full price of the missed service(s).

No Shows

Failure to completely show up for a scheduled appointment without cancelling it online, or without first contacting us by way of telephone, text or email, the client will charged for the full price of the missed service.

Late Arrivals

Arriving on time for your scheduled service(s) insures the proper time necessary for us to comfortably complete your service. We regretfully cannot satisfactorily complete any service if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late. As a result, we reserve the right to try to reschedule or otherwise decline service and charge the client for the full price of missed service(s) for any client who arrives more than 10 minutes late.
